Department Manager - Retail

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to manage the day-to-day operations of our deli and produce departments. As a Department Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of quality, freshness, and customer service. You will also manage stock levels, orders, and promotions, while leading and motivating a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing inventory and ordering fresh produce and deli items
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
  • Training and supervising staff within the department
  • Driving sales through excellent customer service and attractive product displays
