- Be coached and mentored by our industry-leading development coaches, as you progress through your career pathway towards becoming a fully qualified educator.
- Work collaboratively with our team to provide high-quality care and education to children.
- You will have a current Working with Children check or be able to obtain one.
- You will have access to transport to and from the centre.
- You will be willing to commence in a Traineeship through the Affinity Learning Academy.
