Manufacturing Reliability Manager

Role OverviewWe are seeking a Manufacturing Reliability Manager to lead our reliability services in our O'Sullivan Beach manufacturing site. This role is critical in enabling improved machine uptime and performance, ensuring we deliver world-class products to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the reliability team consisting of planning, trades, and apprentices, focusing on safety, quality, and equipment reliability.
- Develop and implement strategic business projects to enhance equipment performance, capability, and cost efficiencies.
- Analyse asset performance, provide expert advice, and guide maintenance personnel to ensure optimal maintenance activities.
- Manage budgets and compliance documentation to ensure maintenance activities align with business requirements.
- Conduct root cause analysis and resolve various manufacturing scenarios.
We welcome applications from engineering or trade professionals with applied knowledge of manufacturing asset maintenance and reliability improvement techniques. The ideal candidate will have:
- A sound understanding of modern manufacturing processes, including Maintenance Management Systems, Maintenance Strategies, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness.
- Extensive experience within a manufacturing or heavy industry environment.
- Previous experience supervising others, either informally or formally.
- Computer competency with programs such as SAP and Microsoft Office, including Excel.
