About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented cleaner to join our team at Waitara. As a member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation in residents' rooms and common areas.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working as part of a team to ensure a clean and safe environment for our residents
  • Providing exceptional customer service and responding to residents' needs in a timely manner
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when interacting with residents and their families

In order to succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. Previous experience working as a cleaner is highly desirable but not essential.
