Key Responsibilities

As an Aged Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their physical, social, emotional, psychological, and spiritual well-being.

Specifically, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting residents with their activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, showering, toileting, dressing, grooming, and feeding
  • Administering medication and supporting residents with their care needs in line with their individualized care plans
  • Working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to promote a harmonious working environment and ensure that all residents receive high-quality care and support
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns to the relevant authorities

You will be required to work flexible hours, including AM shifts, across various residential facilities in the Northern Suburbs.
