Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others and your own? As an Employability Skills Trainer, your role will be to deliver assessments, training, and support services to participants so they can become more competitive in their local labour market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote employability skills and career development programs
  • Support and guide participants to identify their strengths, abilities, and secure employment opportunities
  • Develop personalized career development plans for our participants
  • Organize, plan, implement, and facilitate training programs for our participants
  • Build relationships with local employers and community organizations

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check
  • Able to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Available to work Full Time Monday to Friday between 8:30am to 5pm
