Disability Support Worker Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Disability Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support that promotes independence and wellbeing for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with domestic cleaning, personal care, and daily living activities
  • Provide transportation and community access to clients
  • Engage with clients to promote their independence and wellbeing
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless care delivery

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support or a related field
  • Current NDIS Workers Screening Card
  • Driver's licence
  • First aid certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
