Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Manager to join our Project and Infrastructure Advisory Team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading or working as part of multi-disciplinary teams to deliver short-term and long-term project engagements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the on-time and on-budget delivery of projects, including the preparation and management of project plans, cost models, schedule, risk/issue registers, reporting, and invoicing.
  • Undertake or learn business development activities, including engaging with current and potential future clients and tracking potential engagement opportunities.
  • Develop and implement engagement pursuit strategies, prepare proposals, and manage tender processes.
  • Share your awareness of the broader market environment and industry trends.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, project stakeholders, project partners, and broader industry.
  • Contribute to team planning, development, and maintenance of a high-performance culture, including coaching and mentoring to support learning and development initiatives.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering, town planning, transport planning, economics, or other civil or social infrastructure specialisations.
  • Experience in project and/or program management and business case development within civil or social infrastructure projects.
  • Strong collaboration skills, having worked across multi-disciplinary teams involved in the delivery of infrastructure planning studies, technical reports, and/or business cases.
  • Technical planning capabilities in transport, urban/regional planning, economic development, and/or business case preparations.
  • Well-developed report writing, presentation, and spreadsheeting skills.
  • Experience in managing or preparing program/project controls, including budget, schedule, risk/issue, integration, quality, stakeholder management.
  • Effective engagement and stakeholder management skills in complex environments.
