Key Responsibilities

- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A qualification in Social Work or Psychology
- Experience in mental health triage, crisis assessment, or similar roles
- Strong communication, decision-making, and documentation skills
- Ability to work comfortably over the phone
