Dynamic Cafe Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced cafe professional to fill a key role in our dynamic team.

  • This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service, operating point of sale systems, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate espresso machines, prepare and serve coffee and other beverages as part of barista duties
  • Provide exceptional front of house experience, handle customer transactions, manage cash handling, and maintain a positive customer experience
  • Assist with back of house tasks including food preparation, storage, and inventory management
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the cafe

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in hospitality or a similar field (at least 1 year)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings and weekends
