Requirements for this role include:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or Home and Community Care, or equivalent
  • Desirable: experience working in aged care, disability, or community nursing
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates
  • Australian Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle with insurance
  • National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain (MyHomecare can facilitate this process)
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
