At Jacobs, we're driving innovation and shaping the future of water infrastructure. As a Water Engineering Innovator, you'll play a critical role in delivering engineering solutions with outstanding technical and commercial results across the water sector.

Your Impact

As a key member of our ANZ Water Infrastructure sector based in Sydney or Newcastle, you'll be responsible for providing mentorship and support to junior team members, while taking on client-facing responsibilities and nurturing key relationships to expand our client and project portfolios.

You will:

  • Deliver engineering solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and safety in storage, conveyance, treatment (water and wastewater) and emerging technologies.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in their technical development, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the industry.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, promoting Jacobs' values and commitment to excellence.

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in chemical, process, environmental, civil, electrical, or mechanical engineering.
  • Extensive experience in water and wastewater infrastructure design, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
