Job Title: Trade Marketing Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Trade Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Trade Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering impactful customer activation campaigns that drive footfall, increase penetration, and deliver revenue growth.

You will work closely with the Head of Customer Marketing and collaborate across Marketing and Commercial to deliver winning brand activations.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills to understand data insights and develop a course of action, as well as strong relationship building skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver exciting, insight-led customer activation campaigns.
  • Detect and respond to opportunities in trade channels.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing activities with business goals.
  • Analyse shopper intelligence data and pre/post campaign results to inform future initiatives.
  • Ppresent complex data insights to senior leadership in a clear and compelling manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in trade marketing or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
