We are currently seeking to appoint a Civil Project Coordinator in a full-time permanent position for our Community Development team. Reporting to the Design Lead, you will contribute to delivering innovative solutions in all facets of civil infrastructure projects including land, urban and subdivisions.

This role will suit an experienced 12D Designer who has worked on civil projects. Our approach to community development consulting covers master planned communities, mixed-use developments, parks, recreation facilities, and streetscapes.

The Role:
  • Preparing conceptual and detailed designs using 12D (land subdivisions, road infrastructure, drainage, sewer & water systems as well as associated infrastructure)
  • Interpreting civil design requirements from State Government, Local Government Authorities and private sector clients
  • Collaborating with diverse teams nationally and interfacing with associated disciplines such as planning, survey, traffic, electrical and landscaping
  • Ensuring that expert and quality service is delivered to clients through effective communication and project management
About You:
  • Demonstrated experience in civil design/drafting and relevant qualifications
  • Proven experience using 12D software and familiarity with local authority and state government approval and regulatory requirements
