Commercial Lawyer Opportunity

Our organization is seeking a skilled and ambitious individual to join our team as a commercial lawyer.

This role involves working on various legal matters related to commerce, including drafting agreements, contracts, and other documents. As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, build relationships, and contribute to the growth of our commercial area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting directly to the Principal and collaborating with Senior Associates
  • Building and maintaining client relationships through effective communication and stakeholder liaison
  • Drafting complex business agreements, including shareholder, partnership, and leasing arrangements
  • Preparing property transaction documents, such as contracts of sale and mortgages
  • Attending court appearances for litigious matters when necessary

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience in Commercial Law, preferably from top-tier or mid-tier firms
  • Ability to run own matters confidently and effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results
