Support Worker Role

We are seeking experienced Support Workers to join our dedicated team. Our mission is to provide high-quality support to individuals with disabilities, empowering them to live independently and make their own choices.

This role involves delivering personalized care and support, including assistance with daily living tasks, mobility, and communication.

Our ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and coordinators. They will also participate in collaboration for client needs and provide personal care and support.

The successful candidate will have experience working with clients with spinal cord injury (preferred), manual handling experience, and a Certificate III in Disability or willingness to obtain. They must also hold CPR and First Aid Certification, Yellow and Blue Cards or NDIS Worker Screening card, and eligibility and right to work in Australia.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality support to clients in the capacity they require

  • Requirements:
  • Experience working with clients with spinal cord injury (preferred)
  • Manual handling experience
  • Experience with bowel and catheter care (preferred)
  • Life experience in varying aspects
  • 100% reliability and flexibility to fill sick leave when required
  • Availability to cover a variety of shifts over a 24/7 period
  • CPR and First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Yellow and Blue Cards (or have recently applied) or NDIS Worker Screening card
  • Certificate III in Disability (or willingness to obtain)
  • Eligibility and right to work in Australia
