About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Second in Charge to join our team at TeamKids. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and experiences for children in our programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Director of Service in developing and implementing enriching programs that meet the needs and interests of children in our care.
  • Support the delivery of high-quality services that exceed industry standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with schools, parents, and the wider community, promoting a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Contribute to the development of Coordinator skills and take ownership of programs during School Holiday periods.
