Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct standardized and informal assessments to determine the nature and extent of speech, language, learning, and communication disorders or swallowing difficulties.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, including ongoing therapy for speech, language, learning, and communication disorders that may be developmental, related to disability, or acquired due to injury or disease.
  • Provide family-centered early childhood intervention strategies to support child development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in speech pathology or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • Current registration with the relevant professional body.
  • Experience working with diverse client groups, particularly in regional settings.
