About the Positions
We are seeking recent or upcoming Science Graduates to join our Coal Division's Graduate Program. This program is designed to develop balanced and creative individuals with an enthusiasm for coal analysis and the opportunity to apply and develop core disciplinary skills.
Program Overview
The two-year graduate program provides a collaborative environment and a constant learning curve. You will undertake at least two placements in laboratories within Australia, covering areas such as coal basics, sample preparation, laboratory skills, and production reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct coal analysis and quality assessment
- Develop and apply core disciplinary skills
- Participate in laboratory rotations and project management
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Requirements
- Degree in Science/Chemistry or related discipline
- Attention to detail
- Clear communication skills
