Job Description

As an Energy Infrastructure Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping Australia's energy infrastructure with your technical expertise. You will be part of a dynamic team delivering technology behind Australia's most critical infrastructure.

This is a unique opportunity to combine your technical knowledge with commercial aspects, allowing for career progression into product management and technical-commercial leadership.

  • You will train and support utilities and contractors on HV cable systems.
  • You will run product demos and installations up to 245kV.
  • You will troubleshoot and solve real on-site HV challenges.
  • You will contribute to tenders and project delivery.
  • You will set up product part numbers and develop product management skills.
About the Role

The role involves working on projects that matter, such as major utility upgrades, renewables, data centers, and industrial facilities. You will travel across Australia, engaging with utilities and contractors, running product demonstrations, delivering training, and overseeing installations of HV cable accessories.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have hands-on experience with HV cables, jointing, terminations, and be comfortable on-site advising contractors, training crews, or troubleshooting tough problems. You should also have solid HV cable experience, confidence running product demos and training sessions, strong troubleshooting skills, and ability to contribute to tenders.
