Key Responsibilities

As the Maintenance Handyperson at Veriu Group, you will be responsible for undertaking a variety of general hotel maintenance work in common areas and hotel rooms, completing repairs to apartments, equipment, and common area hardware, and assisting in troubleshooting electrical equipment such as TVs and air conditioners.

You will also respond quickly to emergencies, maintain maintenance inventory, manage on-site contractors, contractor compliance and inductions, upkeep of service agreements, and building audits for compliance.

Additionally, you will work independently with an ownership mindset but also with a team focus, and manage and assist in new building defects.
