About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team in Coffs Harbour & Nambucca. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing essential support to our elderly clients, empowering them to maintain their independence and enhance their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks: Help with housekeeping, grocery shopping, and meal preparation to ensure our clients' basic needs are met.
  • Transportation and social activities: Escort clients to appointments, shopping trips, and social events, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Personal care and support: Assist with personal hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, meal assistance, and medication administration, ensuring our clients receive the care they need.
Requirements
  • Previous experience: Aged or community care experience is preferred, but a strong desire to begin a career in aged care is also valued.
  • Empathy and resourcefulness: Demonstrate compassion, respect, and a willingness to adapt to the evolving needs and schedules of our clients.
  • Flexibility and reliability: Possess a valid Australian driving license, access to a comprehensively insured vehicle, and the ability to accommodate the needs of our clients.
  • Qualifications: Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent qualification.
