Job Role: Financial Support Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Support Specialist to join our finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of our financial systems.
- Ensure the efficiency of internal processes.
- Accurately handle expenses and revenue with precision.
- Conduct thorough bank reconciliations and process refunds for various insurance accounts and bank accounts.
- Monitor, code, and enter credit card transactions efficiently.
- Prepare commission reports to accurately track sales performance.
- Oversee the coding and entry process for AP invoices.
- Monitor, check, and process claim payments in the bank.
- Deliver timely and accurate financial information and analysis in response to management requests.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with individuals at all levels and stakeholders.
- A proactive self-starter who excels at working independently and within a team.
- Strong attention to detail and results-driven mindset, capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
