Job Overview

As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing systems. Your primary objective will be to analyze and optimize our ERP modules to improve efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and document business and system requirements across production, warehouse, quality assurance, and management teams.
  • Optimize ERP modules covering procurement, inventory, production scheduling, and logistics.
  • Develop dashboards and data visualisation tools to monitor performance indicators such as output, downtime, and defect rates.
  • Support predictive maintenance initiatives by analyzing equipment data and reporting potential issues.
  • Ensure quality assurance systems comply with FSSC 22000 standards and audit requirements.
  • Coordinate with external IT vendors to implement system improvements.
  • Provide technical support, staff training, and maintain documentation to ensure system continuity.
Required Skills and Qualifications

For this role, we are looking for individuals with strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is required. Additionally, a minimum of two years' experience as a Systems Analyst, Software Analyst, or similar ICT role is necessary.
