The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality food, providing a great dining experience, and assisting residents as needed. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing resident meal service including meal preparation and serving.
  • Supporting colleagues and maintaining a cooperative team spirit.
  • Working safely to protect oneself, colleagues, and residents.
Requirements:
  • A passion for providing excellent care and service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) or equivalent desirable but not essential.
  • Good understanding of food safety practices and kitchen hygiene.
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with residents and their families.
  • NDIS and Police check clearance or willingness to obtain.
