Project Engineer Opportunities

This role involves leading electrical and automation solutions across complex, heavy industrial projects. As an Electrical Project Engineer, you will be responsible for collaborating with clients to define scope, technical requirements, and project outcomes.
Key responsibilities include leading the development of electrical documentation, overseeing project execution, and championing a strong safety and quality culture. You will work closely with clients to ensure successful project delivery and provide exceptional problem-solving skills to drive results.
Requirements- 3+ years' experience in heavy industrial electrical projects construction, commissioning, or maintenance.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and electrical design tools such as PowerCAD or equivalent.
- Solid understanding of Australian Standards and electrical design principles.
- Exposure to control systems, instrumentation, and industrial networks.
- Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven ability to manage technical deliverables in fast-paced, site-based environments.
- Exceptional problem-solving with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
- Ability to coordinate contractors and disciplines for seamless project delivery.
- High level of accountability and ownership over outcomes.
- Adaptability to shifting priorities and site conditions.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project cost drivers.
