About the Role

EBR is seeking a talented and creative 2D Graphic Artist to join their dynamic design team and contribute to the development of innovative online games.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the design team and Art Director to create visually stunning and high-quality user interface designs that enhance the overall user experience.
  • Provide vision and input to enhance features, creativity, and innovation, ensuring that designs meet business objectives and reflect the company brand.
  • Develop game assets, concept art, game design storyboards, and concept art that showcase creativity and attention to detail.
  • Lead the production of 2D game art, pushing the boundaries of what's technically possible to ensure ongoing product improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in casual game concept art and UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing skills in Adobe CS Suite or better.
  • Advanced creativity, sketching, drawing, and conceptualization skills, with the ability to adapt to various styles.
  • Experience in web and mobile games, with a strong understanding of game design principles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in Unity 3D and 3D texturing skills are highly desirable, but not essential.
  • Fundamental illustration skills, including composition, perspective, and color theory, are a must.
  • A strong work ethic and understanding of architecture, surface texture, and anatomy are essential.
  • A valid Australian work visa is required.
