The Reliability and Maintenance Manager will be responsible for the overall operation and success of the Engineering and Maintenance team. This role oversees capital projects, sets the strategy of the team, and delivers site projects in line with key objectives.
Key Accountabilities:- Achieve zero harm by encouraging behaviour that recognises the importance of safety, quality, and excellence in all aspects of work and drives continuous improvement culture.
- Maintain equipment, buildings, and services to relevant legislative requirements.
- Improve product capacity and quality by ensuring equipment is maintained to current GMP standards and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Manage the communication of projects, improvements, maintenance across the wider team.
- Maximise equipment and building services, execute preventative maintenance plan.
- Relevant Trade or Engineering Qualification
- Decision making and strategic capability without supervision
- Ability to solve complex problems
- Work independently and autonomously
- Professional technical leadership in mechanical and electrical areas
