Teach Italian Language Freelance Position

We are seeking a skilled freelance Italian language instructor to provide high-quality language training services.

The ideal candidate will be a native Italian speaker or hold a teaching degree, with experience as a language teacher, translator, or interpreter. They should also have a valid working visa and live within 20 miles of the client's location in Canberra, Australia.

The role involves teaching one student who has booked a 24-hour course consisting of 2-hour lessons, once a week on any weekday between 09:00 and 14:30. Classes can be held at the student's home in Palmerston, and the schedule is flexible based on the teacher's and student's availability.

This is a freelance part-time position, and we cannot sponsor the teacher's visa. We are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible and commit to providing excellent language instruction.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Italian or related field (or equivalent)
  • Native-level fluency in Italian (speaking, writing, and listening skills)
  • Teaching experience, either privately or through an educational institution
  • Ability to adapt to different learning styles and levels
