Key Responsibilities:- Cultivate shrubs, vines, grasses, and plants with precision and dedication.
- Implement effective litter management strategies in planting beds.
- Execute pruning, planting, dividing, leaf removal tasks as part of comprehensive landscaping efforts.
- Monitor for pests and diseases, taking prompt action when necessary.
- Maintain car parks, pathways, and garden areas to the highest standard.
- Foster a culture of workplace safety by adhering to established policies and procedures.
- Contribute to quality management systems through diligent adherence.

To excel in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in horticultural settings.
- A track record of delivering high-quality garden maintenance and upkeep services.
- A Certificate 3 in Horticulture or willingness to obtain one.
- The Agricultural Chemicals Distribution Control (ACDC) License - desirable but not essential.
- A current driver's licence.
- Flexibility to work some shifts in different waste facilities on a rotational basis to meet contractual requirements.
- A personal presentation that meets the highest standards.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
