To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in horticultural settings.
  • A track record of delivering high-quality garden maintenance and upkeep services.
  • A Certificate 3 in Horticulture or willingness to obtain one.
  • The Agricultural Chemicals Distribution Control (ACDC) License - desirable but not essential.
  • A current driver's licence.
  • Flexibility to work some shifts in different waste facilities on a rotational basis to meet contractual requirements.
  • A personal presentation that meets the highest standards.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
