We are seeking a Casual Educator to join our team at Goodstart Mount Isa. As a Casual Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality early childhood education and care to our children.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of the education program in the room and centre team.
• Engage and supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for children, families, and team members.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with children and families, promoting a sense of belonging and connection.
• Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures.
• Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• An ACECQA-approved early childhood qualification.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
• A willingness to travel between other local services as required.
