Business Development Professional

Job Description

We are seeking a Business Development Professional to join our team in Western Australia. As a key member of our Service team, you will be responsible for covering the compressed air market and leveraging Atlas Copco's sustainable and energy-efficient service offerings.

You will work with a diverse range of customers across markets like mining, energy, and manufacturing industries, identifying opportunities to improve their business using our service products and capabilities.

This role requires strong technical sales experience within a B2B environment, as well as the ability to meet key sales KPIs such as visits and sales targets across multiple product offerings.

Compressed air industry experience is an asset, but not necessary.

You will be accountable for finding opportunities with existing and new customers, attracting them to our range of service products, creating lasting business relationships, and partnering with the operations team to deliver customer outcomes.

About You:

  • Technical sales experience within a B2B environment or a technical/service mindset.
  • Experience in valuing selling and win-win negotiation.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet key sales KPIs such as visits and sales targets across multiple product offerings.
  • Well-developed commercial acumen including dealing with terms and conditions.
