Participating in ongoing professional learning and development programs is also a key part of your role, ensuring you stay up-to-date with the latest developments in early childhood education and care.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A completed Certificate III and/or Diploma in Children's Services (or working towards)
  • Prior experience in long day-care
  • S sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF
  • A Current Working with Children's Check
