Job Title: Dedicated Healthcare Professional

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Gumleigh Gardens Hostel in the Riverina Murray Region. You will provide exceptional clinical services to senior members of the community with a passion for person-centred care.

The ideal candidate will have full unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards, and excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with organisational policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive patient outcomes
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans that meet the unique needs of residents
Requirements:
  • Full unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
  • Affinity and experience working with residents with dementia
