Job Summary

This role plays a crucial part in the global Identity Access Management (IAM) function, focusing on efficient IAM processes. The successful candidate will collaborate with regional and global teams to drive change and implement best-in-class solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise across IAM, including authentication, authorization, privileged access, and identity governance for both human and machine identities
  • Drive IAM improvements by challenging current practices and sharing best practices
  • Manage identity lifecycle and entitlements in hybrid environments
  • Define and enforce access policies, implement RBAC/ABAC models, and integrate IAM with applications and services
  • Conduct IAM audits and ensure compliance with standards
