Job Summary


A high-performing and passionate recruitment professional is sought to join our team as a Lead Recruitment Consultant in the construction and engineering space. The successful candidate will have experience in external white-collar recruitment and exposure to the construction, mining, engineering, civil, infrastructure, IT or HR sectors.


About the Role



  • Client Engagement: Actively approach and engage with existing and prospective clients to build strong relationships and identify new opportunities.
  • Candidate Management: Manage a database of candidates and engage new candidates using various tools and recruitment methodologies.
  • Consultative Approach: Consult with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process, focusing on delivery and results.
  • Desk Growth: Continuously strive to grow your desk and seek out new opportunities to gain market share and increase revenue.
  • Culture Adder: Contribute to the company culture and help shape the business for the future.
  • Networking: Attend industry events and functions to establish connections and promote the company's social media presence.

Key Responsibilities



  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various methods to source high-quality candidates, including referrals, job boards, and social media.
  • Interviews and Assessments: Conduct interviews and assessments to identify suitable candidates and make recommendations to clients.
  • Communication: Maintain excellent communication with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless interactions and timely updates.
  • Desirable Skills: Experience with CRM systems, recruitment software, and social media platforms.

Salary Package


We offer an attractive salary package, comprising a base salary of $80,000 per annum, plus superannuation, and uncapped commissions up to 40% of total billings. Additionally, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including a modern office environment, parking, pool table, beer tap, and ping pong.
