About the Role

In light of our rapid international expansion, Rippling seeks skilled Payroll & HR experts to contribute to our global support strategy. As a Global Payroll Lead, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support experiences for our international customer base.

Your primary objective will be to ensure that our support organization is adequately trained on country-specific product behaviors, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable feedback to the product team. Additionally, you will serve as a regional expert, stepping in to resolve highly escalated customer interactions with confidence and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become an authority on our Global Payroll capabilities, focusing on Australian customers
  • Develop informative content and documentation to educate internal stakeholders on product behavior, update materials as needed, and create FAQs to facilitate knowledge sharing
  • Analyze support interactions to inform insights on support quality
  • Collaborate with country Product Managers to share support volume trends, drivers of poor customer experiences, and compliance issues
  • Serve as a valuable resource for Customer Support Specialists on regionally nuanced interactions for your designated country
  • Step in to resolve escalated customer interactions, leveraging your expertise in platform and industry knowledge

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Australian payroll, either in end-to-end payroll processing or traditional HR roles
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve with attention to detail
  • Organizational skills and experience improving processes
  • Flexibility in adapting to changing job duties and responsibilities
  • Time management skills and prioritization abilities

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary range for this position is between $100,000 - $120,000, depending on location and qualifications. This figure reflects the company's commitment to providing competitive compensation for talented professionals.
