We are a well-established dental practice located in Fitzroy North, opposite the beautiful Edinburgh Gardens. We are expanding and looking for someone to join our friendly team.About the Role

We pride ourselves on providing quality dentistry with modern technology and building exceptional relationships with our patients. As a member of our team, you will be given guidance and the opportunity to continue to learn and grow in the dental field.

Responsibilities
  • Process payments: EFTPOS, HICAPS, PRODA etc.
  • Process supplier invoices
  • Support other members of the team as needed
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills & a natural willingness to help others
  • Attention to detail & ability to follow processes accurately
  • A proactive work ethic & keen interest in learning
What We Offer

Our practice has 4 dentists, 4 hygienists/OHTs, a team of superstar DAs and a supportive front office and management team. We offer a 4-day working week within the hours listed below:

Monday - Friday: 7.30 am - 6.00 pm
Tuesday & Thursdays - 7:30 am - 7:30 pm (on rotation)
Saturdays 7:30 am - 1:30 pm

Prior experience in the healthcare sector or customer service field would be beneficial but not mandatory. Please supply 2 references.

Work Arrangements

We offer:

  • 10 hour shifts
  • Afternoon shifts
  • Day shifts
  • Evening shifts
  • Morning shifts
  • Rotating roster
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types include:

  • Bonus
  • Monthly bonus
  • Penalty rates

The successful candidate will need to be able to commute/relocate to Fitzroy North VIC 3068 and hold Australian work authorisation.
