About the Role

Triskele Labs is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Reporting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our security operations team, you will play a critical role in providing timely and insightful reports to our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate Monthly SOC Reports: Develop and deliver comprehensive monthly SOC reports that provide actionable insights to our clients.
  • Collaborate with SOC Team: Work closely with our SOC team and senior team members to deliver reporting analysis and insights on SOC client services.
  • Create Management Dashboards: Design and deliver management dashboards and reporting that provide key performance indicators and trends.
  • Streamline Reporting Processes: Map processes, identify business requirements, and help streamline reporting processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct Investigations: Conduct thorough investigations to gather, analyze, and present findings and recommendations, including digital evidence, for use in monthly client reports.

  • Pressure Management: You are calm under pressure and able to work efficiently in fast-paced reporting periods.
Requirements
  • Cybersecurity Knowledge: You have a solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
  • Organizational Skills: You possess strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
  • Technical Skills: You have high-level Excel and Word skills, with the ability to produce quality reports.
  • Certification: A Cert 4 in Cybersecurity or a related field is highly regarded.
  • Education: A tertiary or post-graduate qualification in Security Information or a related Information Technology field is highly regarded.
  • Experience: Proven work experience in a similar role is highly regarded.
