About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Field Technician to join our team in Gold Coast. As a key member of our field operations team, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining NBN Co's broadband network across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and configure NBN Co's broadband equipment and services at customer premises
  • Perform fault diagnosis and repair of NBN Co's cabling networks and customer premises equipment
  • Work with customers to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements
  • Current and clean driver's license
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong technical skills and ability to learn new technologies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
