Key Responsibilities
Your primary focus will be on delivering professional services that leverage solutions in the Modern Workplace space, including migrations, Intune, the broader Microsoft 365 suite, Teams, Exchange Online, Azure Virtual Desktops, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft Defender. You will work with clients to address their requirements of scalability, reliability, security, operations, and performance. Your responsibilities will also include:
- Evaluating emerging Modern Workplace technology and developing go-to-market professional services offerings.
- Developing Infrastructure as Code solutions for Azure Virtual Desktop engagements.
- Developing Configuration as Code libraries surrounding M365 tenant standardisation.
- Working with the Solution Architecture team to develop new products and services that leverage the latest Microsoft 365 services and dependencies.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep and wide understanding of Modern Workplace technology, including Microsoft Intune, AVD, Azure Exchange, Azure, and Microsoft 365. You should also have a solid understanding of on-prem environments, virtualization, Intune, and migration to an Azure Exchange & Share Point online. Additionally, you will need strong consulting acumen and the ability to design and present optimum business solutions to stakeholders. Experience running workshops with key stakeholders and the ability to talk to technical and business heads with equal ease are also essential. Certifications in Microsoft 365/MS 500 / MS101/ MS 365 Mobility/ AZ 900 are preferred. Ideally, you should be available for an immediate start and hold AGSVA security clearance at least NV1 level.
