Imagining a brighter future for young minds, we're on the hunt for an exceptional Educational Leader to spearhead innovative teaching approaches in early childhood education.

This role presents a unique opportunity to collaborate with fellow professionals in shaping the educational landscape of Australia's children. As a key member of our Centre Leadership team, you'll have the chance to drive the development and implementation of cutting-edge teaching programs, workshops, and ongoing professional development initiatives.

You'll be based in high-quality, well-resourced environments where you can leverage your expertise to lead programming decisions and contribute to resourcing strategies. Your involvement will help build and enhance the professional capacity and skills within the network, influencing the centre's Quality Improvement Plan.

To succeed in this position, you'll need to possess tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood Education, as approved by ACECQA, and current Teacher's Accreditation/Registration (NSW, SA, VIC & WA). Proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework is also essential.

We encourage applications from candidates with prior experience in the early years sector, although it's not mandatory. If you're passionate about fostering growth and excellence in early childhood education, we want to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood Education, as approved by ACECQA
  • Current Teacher's Accreditation/Registration (NSW, SA, VIC & WA)
