We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional to lead our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) service in Western Australia. As OSHC Service Manager, you will have the opportunity to support local families by providing high-quality before and after school care and Holiday Programs for their children.

This role is ideal for individuals who possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine passion for making a positive impact on children's lives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of educators, creating engaging programs using industry-leading tools, and mentoring staff to develop their skills and grow within the industry.

In addition to your leadership responsibilities, you will also be involved in rostering for your service with support from your Area Manager.

About You
  • You must be an engaging individual who is passionate about supporting children and their families.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and children.
  • Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry is preferred but not essential.
  • A recognized qualification in Teaching, Childcare, or Community Services is required, and completion of HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting is a must.
  • You must also hold a valid Working with Children's Check in Western Australia.
