Job Overview:

This role involves collaborating with a government agency to evaluate development proposals and provide expert engineering advice on drainage and flood management.

  • Evaluation of development applications related to drainage and flooding to achieve key performance indicators
  • Review and provide expert engineering advice on Development Applications, including assessing drainage and flood designs, and recommending conditions of approval as necessary.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding development applications

Essential qualifications include tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering and prior experience in evaluating development applications within a local government environment.
