Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement high-quality teaching practices that cater to the diverse needs of all children
  • Maintain open communication with the Centre Leadership Team to drive continuous improvement and excellence in education
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that fosters child development and well-being
  • Nurture strong relationships with parents and the community through regular collaboration and support
  • Design and execute programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, ensuring optimal outcomes for children
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, reporting on child progress and suggesting areas for improvement

Requirements:
  • Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA approved equivalent
