Early Childhood Educator Role for Experienced Professional

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher, Early Learning Facilitator or Childhood Coordinator to join our team as an Early Childhood Educator. This is a full-time permanent role based in Cremorne, NSW.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will have a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and will be responsible for providing exceptional education and care to children aged 0-12. The role includes preparing the classroom, greeting parents and children, conducting morning circle time, planning and organizing age-appropriate activities and lessons, leading small group activities, facilitating free play, monitoring children's behaviour, assisting with mealtimes and promoting healthy habits, helping with toileting and personal hygiene routines, communicating with parents about child's progress and concerns, collaborating with colleagues and attending staff meetings, maintaining accurate records of children's progress, and engaging in professional development activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a current Working with Children's Check, knowledge of child development theories and practices, strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude, creativity in designing engaging learning activities, knowledge of health and safety regulations, ability to observe and assess children's progress, organisational skills for lesson planning and preparation, flexibility and adaptability, collaboration skills for working with a team, and a commitment to continuous professional development.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary range for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a supportive work environment, opportunities for professional development, and a chance to work with a highly experienced and dedicated team.
