About the Role

We seek a dynamic and ambitious chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess:

  1. Experience as a Cafe Chef with a minimum of two years' industry experience cooking in a busy café environment.
  2. A focus on preparation, efficiency, and organisation.
  3. A keen sense of plating and food presentation.
  4. A creative flair for seasonal product development.
  5. Strong communication skills and high energy.
  6. Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  7. A sense of ownership and commitment.
  8. Familiarity with current food trends.
  9. Ambition and passion for your career.
Duties and Responsibilities

The successful applicant's duties will include but not be limited to:

  1. Contributing to breakfast and lunch menu design.
  2. Coordinating with the kitchen team.
  3. Inventory management and ordering.
  4. Maintaining standards of recipes and cooking/preparation procedures.
  5. Food safety management.
  6. Kitchen maintenance and hygiene.
  7. Effective communication and integration with front-of-house staff.
