Warehouse Associate

We're seeking a diligent and efficient Warehouse Associate to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized individual with excellent time management skills to contribute to the smooth operation of our warehouse. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and dispatching stock orders in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong working relationships within the team.

• Pick, pack, and dispatch orders to meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Support the team by assisting with tasks as needed, promoting a collaborative and inclusive work environment
• Maintain a safe and clean storeroom environment, adhering to company standards and protocols

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in a warehouse setting, with a focus on receivables and dispatching
• A strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
• A current driver's licence and forklift licence (advantageous)
• The physical capacity to lift up to 20kg, ensuring your safety and well-being
• A commitment to safety and building strong working relationships, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, enabling you to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities
