About the Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Inventory Supervisor/Coordinator to join our team in Clarence Gardens South Australia.

This role reports to the Site Manager and involves managing Raw ingredients and Packaging materials for the site.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability of materials for all product lines in order to meet production schedules while ensuring safety, quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Purchasing materials via SAP and monitoring exception messages
  • Maintaining weekly stock levels, primarily in relation to all Raw and Packaging materials used on site
  • Scheduling inbound deliveries, considering site requirements and storage constraints
  • Following up on orders in a timely manner (24 hours)
  • Liaising with suppliers regarding on-time deliveries and product returns
  • Matching all receivables with invoices on a daily basis
  • Monitoring stock levels and use-by codes to reduce waste and optimise availability
  • Managing the forklift fleet across 3 shifts
  • Coordinating transport costs and external warehouse expenses
  • Optimising bottle production and stock levels to meet customer demand
  • Conducting regular inventory checks and reconciliations via SAP
