Electrical Assembly Technician

We are seeking a motivated individual to learn and develop skills in automotive electrical assembly.

This role involves working as an Electrical Assembly Technician, reporting directly to the General Manager. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assembly of wiring harnesses using hand tools and proper techniques
  • Soldering, crimping, and installing specialized connectors
  • Defining new cut-sheets for new assemblies
  • Maintaining a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves and workstations organized, adhering to procedures and policies

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Good time management skills
  • Ability to identify a wide range of colors
  • Accurate measurement skills
  • High attention to detail and quality
  • Basic knowledge and usage of technology (tablet, computer)

Prior experience in wire harness assembly is preferred but not essential, as on-the-job training will be provided. Additional desired skills include proficiency with hand tools, ability to read and interpret technical drawings, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Requirements
  • Valid work authorization for Australia
